ITS SO SAD AND PETTY SEEING THESE PEOPLE LEAVING THE 1 STAR REVIEWS. ALS is a tiny outfit compared to the others.. there’s just no way they can get to all of the residential clientele in Thurston County. The fact is they do such good work, everyone wants them. And when they can’t get them to do their job, they cry online on their safe box leaving 1 star reviews like it actually matters 😂😂😂.

Called and was greeted by the “office assistant” to take my information. I left my name, contact info, and detailed description of the simple work we were looking for. I was told that in 24-48 hours “Andy” would get back to me and discuss scheduling a bid at my home.
In preparation, my wife and I walked off and measured distance of our property determing exactly what we would require for a fence, landscaping materials and the planting of sod grass, just so we could answer any questions that came about when the “bidder” came by.
Our property is barely .25 of an acre, requiring 6 yards

Everybody likes a thick green lawn. I did not have anything close until I called A-L-S American Landscape Services Their staff is very responsive and knowledgeable. From our first meeting they were able to lay out a well developed strategy that would turn my weeds into a lush green yard that my children can play in.

I have no idea what kind of business this company does. I don't believe they do good because of how I was treated. We had a 9:00 am appointment to get a bid. The owner called me the day before asking for directions, which I gave him. At 9:00 am he wasn't there. I waited until 9:30 am and he still didn't show up. He didn't call, he didn't email me. I would have to say this company has to be one of the most unprofessional landscaping companies I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't let them work on the flower beds of the worst person I know. But since he failed to contact me or show up, I don't know
