After three years, the business moved in 1907 to a building they built at 724 Commercial Street in Emporia. In 1977, they moved to their current location at 722 Commercial Street in Emporia.

Very unhappy with my last experience with Burnap Bros… it took them over a month to get to my project which was installing a new hot water heater… the tech knew before coming to my home I needed a new hot water heater installed. Instead of getting right to work he spent over 2 hours trying to fix my old hot water heater which I had already paid someone else to do and was told I needed a new one.. hence why I called them. After getting my bill and seeing I was charged for hours of labor of trying to fix a broken hot water that we already knew was broke I was told they were sorry but weren’t

I got a quote from other local plumbers and got a quote from Burnap and the difference in price was staggering. Burnap made sure to cover my needs, were communicative, prompt, friendly, and honest. They seem extremely trustworthy and my experience was stellar. Definitely recommend them and will use them again (god forbid) anything else happen and I end up knee deep in water again.
