We had an issue with our water heater, today, New Years Eve. The side-vent wasn't powering on and we couldn't get it to run and heat water, and were left with cold showers. We left messages for several places in the area, and within an hour Michael returned our call.
He was able to walk us through fixing the issue ourselves in about 10 minutes on the phone, and didn't charge us for the call. We will definitely call Michael again, he was very courteous and extremely nice.

It's a shame I couldn't give negative stars. Incredibly unprofessional and utterly useless. They spent more time swearing (with children present) than fixing anything. Left my bathroom covered in raw sewage, which they tracked through the kitchen and hallway as well. Ruined the flooring in the bathroom, New tile flooring in the hallway, and scuffed the hardwood floors in the kitchen. After all that, they didn't fix the sewer line, then told me I'd have to pay 150/hr to clean the mess they made.
