We needed service on our unit and asked around for who to use locally and were highly recommended by a couple people to call Germek Heating and we were not disappointed. Has an issue with our system and the secretary was very pleasant taking our information and keeping us informed on when they would come out to service. The gentleman that came was very professional and friendly and explained what was wrong and quickly fixed the issue. I sent a check to this company in September 2019 for a bill they sent to me for a visit to my home where they did not correct the problem and I had to call another place and pay $300.00 to correct the problem but germek refuses to return my phone call about the check they have never cashed so its like they are holding my money hostage because when balancing my checkbook, I have to assume they can still possibly cash it. I have called around 30 times and no one calls me back. I paid them $79 and all they did was hose off my air conditioning until using my water. I feel like sending them a bill for

The pros are that their Service Techs have been courteous, and their prices have been reasonable. However, my chief complaint is regarding their after hours service. My (only) 15 year old furnace has crapped out each of the past 3 winters. In 2016 when I made a service call on a Saturday morning, a tech was relatively quick to respond. He competently diagnosed the problem as my main board and replaced it. In 2017 I placed a call on a Sunday morning when my furnace would not start.
