Maintenance Retail Services is a Self-Performing, National Commercial and Industrial Construction, Maintenance and Painting firm that is based in Nashville, TN. Established in 1987, MRS has built a reputation as premier provider of general maintenance, construction and repair to the industrial and commercial world.
The fact that 80% of our work comes from repeat customers shows that we are doing it right. From Humble beginnings Grandad and his two sons, one was my father, they started the construction business in 1952 in Houston, TX. It hasn't always been easy, as it always goes, especially for a small new business, a lot of lessons were learned along the way, from father to his sons, numerous experiences and thousands of satisfied clients later.
I'm proud of my family and the lessons they were able to pass down to me. I was proud to pick up the reins in 1987, where a lot of things have changed since our humble beginnings. In 2020 my wife Christine took over the reins for day to day business, so I could semi retire.
