There were so many things wrong with my experience, but I'm going to focus on the biggest issue which was contract-based.
Lance's contract, pictured here, clearly states that we were supposed to get a border and flowers. When he was finished, there was no border. Instead, we had two piles of dirt under the eaves of the house, which is going to be fantastic when it rains when all of this dirt runs into the lawn. When we complained, he said that wasn't part of the contract. We pulled out the contract - if you can even call it that - and showed it to him. Then after reading it, he said he wanted
