I started cleaning carpets back in 1987 for several different cleaning companies in Phoenix, Arizona. The problem with these carpet cleaning companies was, they were all about getting their foot in the customers door. We really try to keep our place nice, but since our dog is getting older he/she has accidents, or just can't control themselves anymore. Called Steampro and spoke with David. Very professional and informative. Scheduled a quick convenient time. On day of appointment, David called and informed me his crew was running a little behind due to being short staffed. He and another gentleman showed up. Informed them of a couple of areas with light stains. They pretreated and gave special attention to the areas. Theses guys are great ! Carpet looks new again. I will use them again.

I called to have carpets cleaned. I asked questions first. My carpets were pretty dirty with some stains. I specifically asked about being able to get them clean and remove most of the stains. I was assured yes. Let me say this... Both men that came out 2 different times were really nice. But... if you have dirty carpet and they need to be "really" cleaned, do not waste your money. They do not do anything other than maybe spray some pre treat cleaner on then go over it with their water/vacuum w long hose. Does not have any type of brushes that agitate or scrub. So basically the service they provide

I was a little hesitant to have someone come out to clean our carpet, but after trying to shampoo it myself to no avail I decided to give it a shot. Matt came out, he was extremely polite and did a FANTASTIC job! My house smells AMAZING! No more urine smells! Stains are completely gone! Great price! I will absolutely use their services again and recommend them to everyone 👍👍

TLDR: HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Matt (our tech) and Steampro are awesome and my carpets look like new and it was completely affordable.
Matt was my technician and he was super friendly, professional, and knowledgable. The crew was perfectly on time and even texted me when they were on their way, so I knew exactly when to expect them.

David came and cleaned 4 rooms in my house. He was extremely efficient and effective. I can not express how happy I am with the service. David not only made my carpets look brand new he did it in record time all while maintaining a very personable and positive attitude. We have used Steampro twice now and both times they have done an amazing job. Our carpet looks like new, and our house smells fresh. We used another company in the past that chemically treats the carpets for cleanliness, and we are much better pleased with the outcome of Steampro's treatment. Spots are permanently gone, and the few hours it takes to dry are a good time to go get some lunch and run some errands! Very affordable, and very professional. Would recommend Steampro to anyone.

Stuart from Steampro did an amazing job cleaning my carpets as well as scotch guard to keep them looking great longer .They were ahead of schedule and completed the job in a timely manner. Deep stains are gone and the carpet looks like new. He called ahead of time to introduce himself and let me know he was on his way. This is our second experience with Steam Pro and we couldn't be more impressed. Stuart did a great job with rugs, carpets and a sofa. We got an appointment quickly, Stuart was on time, very knowledgeable about treating multiple areas, had a professional but personable demeanor and fast .
