Called one day, their team arrived the next morning.
Problems with drainage killing plants, overgrown roots in big planter boxes in the Designer District.
Took two days but were there from 8 AM till 6:30, refusing to leave until fixed.
They were also on the phone to a palm specialist as the team was working, videos relayed in real time, to determine how much root base could be cut off without harming the palm or cracking the retaining planter wall.
Sometimes you need to explain twice to them exactly what the problem is, but once understood....

I had the pleasure of working with Kelvin on a complicated project (2 massive oak trees that were severely damaged during Irma needed to be removed without damaging my house or my neighbor's homes.) We met on a Saturday afternoon and by Sunday morning, his team was hard at work on my property. It's obvious that this crew knows how to approach a job with a coordinated, efficient strategy because they knocked my job out in no time. During the process, I was constantly receiving text updates with pictures to let me know how things were progressing which I greatly appreciated.

This is an illegitimate, disingenuous, uncommunicative business operation. For three weeks I stupidly acted under the assumption that these idiots were going to show up to complete the landscaping reservation I had made. I continued to call back each day I returned home from work, disappointed by this grand expectation I had that the grass would be cut. Each time, the "manager" answered, he informed me that something had come up and he couldn't make it. So I ask him and all business owners alike- is the primary tenet of small businesses (especially those run on referrels) not communication
