I have had two AC systems with EDS over the past 15 years and chose the company for its excellent service reputation. I had an issue with my 3 year old system and they came over the same day sent two teams to replace a major component. They did an excellent job. Austin, Eric and their assistants worked hard to correct the issues and replace the… deffective component. Austin finished at 9PM and made certain everything worked well. I am very impressed and recommend Ed Sassos EDS’ company to anyone. It was over 90 degrees in the last couple couple of days, it would have been hell without

Extremely strange situation. I called to have them turn on hot water heater. Ok I know a Service call is a service call. They get $89 hr. Fine. BUT they looked at the A/C as well which is a free service. Unfortunately I need a new handler and told them they can install it. $3500. I went ahead paid the $89 but thought... Hey he was already here took to seconds to turn on my hot water heater. Should not have to pay it. Donald would rather keep the $89 as opposed to deduct from the installation $3500 unit ...I also need a split unit in the garage as he knows. $4500 unit. His call of course but thought

This company installed a new system in to our new house prior to our purchase. We continued with them as we felt they would continue to offer good quality service. And they have. I had purchased an A/C from EDS. It was time for my A/C 6-month check-up and I noticed the UV unit that EDS installed at last check-up had partially pulled away from the condenser.
Ray Dumas, my Service Tech. He called me at 8:20am to tell me he would arrive by 9:00. At 8:40 he called because traffic was backed up due to the torrential thunderstorm. He called again when traffic began to flow normally.
When he arrived, he showed me how clogged my run-off line was. He gave me 'the formula' for preventing this from occurring again.
Then Ray not only cleaned my A/C, checked it was

EDS technician took time before he arrived to see if I can solve the problem myself before arriving. He was courteous and very good with troubleshooting. Unfortunately, it ended up being my break switch that was worn out and I was able to get a replacement and fix it myself. Technician tried to get it from the EDS but was unable to and was very helpful in describing how I can get it from Home Depot. Overall, great experience and will definitely recommend EDS to anyone who has issues with their AC.

Our A/C stopped working today and we called EDS. They showed up right away and our tech, Don Connelly, was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. He really took the time to explain what was wrong with the unit and made sure I had all my questions answered. The company also texts you when your tech is on his way with GPS tracking so you know exactly when they will be there. They also sent a photo and a little bio of the tech. I really liked this because you can kind of get a feel for who is coming to your home. We will definitely use them again and recommend to family and friends.

We hired EDS to fix a leak and low water pressure issues in my father-in-law's Lake Worth Condo. We live in NY and we chose EDS based on yelp reviews. The company was immediately responsive to our inquiries and set up an appointment within a day of our arrival to Lakeworth. Richard was the plumber sent to evaluate/correct the issues. He was honest, professional, knowledgeable and all-around very helpful. He fixed the leak and water pressure issue at a very fair and favorable cost. We are extremely pleased with him and EDS for their integrity and excellent workmanship.

Hot water heater was not working this morning; called EDS and within the half hour someone was here (they send you a text with your techs name and picture so you know who you will be working with). My tech Richie came and new what was the problem right away. He even showed me how I can check the switch myself next time. Really courteous service from Katherine in the office who booked my call to the tech for being so prompt. Happy to use them again. As a new home owner this really was a breeze.

E.D.S is by far the most professional AC company I have ever done business with in my 40 years of homeownership in South Florida. Their service techs are well trained in their trade and always exhibit professionalism, courtesy, and respect while completing the job. I especially like the use of technology as it applies to helping me understand what the repair entails. My AC unit is on my condo roof so the pictures are helpful. The dispatchers are not just office people, they know what they're talking about and go out of their way to schedule the appt to facilitate the homeowner. Great company

Unhappy customer. I had service on my unit. Guy said it needed a capacitor. Said he would give me a price first. Next thing I know he is done and gives me a bill for $208.
I priced this exact capacitor at several locations from $5 to $25. I know they like to sell parts but that kind of markup is a ripoff!! Won't be using these people again.

I was very pleased with E.D.S. from start to finish. My call was answered promptly and professionally and service was scheduled the next day. All three technicians (Don, Kalib, and Eddie) were knowledgable and courteous. I really liked that they provide updates on when the technicians will arrive (complete with pictures and names of the techs) and even have a GPS system so that you can see where they are and plan accordingly. AC was up and running within a short time. I would definitely use this company again!

Customer Beware! What a rude, disappointing and unprofessional company. We used them for the first time in November because we had an air conditioning problem in a newly purchased condo. A tech came over thought he fixed it. However, it wasn't fixed so EDS sent someone else to our house and the problem was solved. We paid at time of service for both calls AND we paid for a yearly plan of service. Later we called and asked for a refund for one service call since the first tech had misdiagnosed the problem. They obliged.

Cannot say enough good things about EDS snd Raymond! They answered our call and sent someone out to check on our issue within an hour on a VERY hot day during which i assume they were very busy! Raymond contacted us to hear about our issue. He then contacted us to explain what he found along with solutions.
We appreciated the expedited service, the reasonable rates and the superior work and communication from Raymond. We will use EDS for all of our Air Conditioning needs.

There is nothing more frustrating than coming home after a 10-hour flight to realize you have no hot water. This is what happened to me early this morning. Boohoo. So I called EDS in the morning and was on the schedule for early afternoon. The person that took my call was super pleasant and even asked me to make sure that my circuit breakers were all okay. To me that means they aren't trying to scheme me out of my money. I always go to worst case scenario in my head so I asked if they would be able to replace the water heater today if necessary and they said yes. That's super important
