We provide high-quality flooring of all types - hardwoods, laminates, LVT, carpet, etc. - with superior installation, maintenance and repair services all over the Greater Houston Area for residential and commercial clientele.
We bring our years of experience combined with the 4-1-1 on the latest products and trends right to you with On-Site Consultations. During your appointment, we will measure your floors, help you choose the perfect flooring solution for you and answer any questions. Or, if you would prefer to come to us, Floors Etc. also offers Personal Showroom Appointments to give you one-on-one time without any interruptions.
How - and where - your flooring will be used needs to be your first point of consideration. For example, some materials may be well-suited for high-trafficked areas while others would not stand up as well to the same level of wear and tear. We worked with Sandy at Floors Etcetera again, this time to custom cut Shaw Bellera pet-friendly carpet into a large area rug (9' x 15') and long runner (2.5' x 28') to help preserve our dogs' joints.
While we love the beauty of our hardwoods that Floors Etcetera refinished years ago, they look even more exquisite accessorized with these gorgeous rugs. We should have done it sooner!

From start to finish a very pleasant experience; FloorsEtcetera were professional from day 1, meaning they kept their word, each & every step, didn't escalate mid-job, left an impeccably clean house, and completed the job to one of the highest standards I've seen. We have completed several projects with Floors, etc.
A major and complicated bathroom Reno with high-end product on the floor and walk-in shower. Material selection and coordination with installation was done very professionally without a hitch. Project was on-time and on-budget.
Several other projects for our sons, including a houseful of laminate flooring which was handled perfectly, as well as a small bathtub surround that went flawlessly. Vinyl tile installation went smoothly due to their experience and knowledge in this area; with many products to choose from, their expertise made the choice

Very knowledgeable and honest business. We just had a new floor installed and everything went well from start to finish. There was no pressure, options were clearly defined, excellent selection with beautiful display of products, samples provided to take home to verify color in home, order arrived quickly and installed promptly. Any issues were handled quickly and professionally with the customer number one priority. Our house has unfortunately had flood damage twice in the last 2 years. Our contractor says he has been using Floors Etcetera for at least 10 years. They did a fantastic job on our floors last year after the Tax Day flood so we did not hesitate to use them after Harvey. There was much more damage this year after Harvey and everything had to be ripped up. They redid everything, down to the tar. The work crew is exceptional and very friendly. I went to Floors Etc in Bedford to purchase wall to wall carpeting and have it installed. I picked a carpet I liked and gave the dimensions to a Jacqueline Donovan, who I was told, was an owner. She couldn`t do the math so she said her husband (co owner) would call me. I left 2 contact numbers but I never heard another word back from them. When I called the store I spoke to someone about not hearing back on my attempt to make an order, I got nowhere as the person I spoke to was a new employ and of no help. Never did get a follow up call. So I went to Floors Plus and I got great service.

Floors, etc was very helpful and knowledgeable with helping us pick the right floors for our house. They worked with our budget, and provided quick and efficient installation. We had a minor issue 18 months after our hardwoods were installed. Floors, etc came out and looked, within a very reasonable time. They even fixed the small problem, quickly. I highly recommend this business.

I called to inquire about a repair to the rubber, flooring transition in our professional office. After speaking to and setting up the appointment with them, I received a phone call about 15 mins later. The lady that I set the appointment up with stated that she had spoken with the owner and was told that they were too busy to do such a small repair. No referral was given and my appointment was cancelled.
