I have used chem dry for years and I wouldn't use anyone else. They do an amazing job on my carpets leaving them fresh and clean not to mention you can't beat the dry time for a very affordable price. I havent used any other franchises other then this one and I wouldn't. The owner of this company is very friendly and runs a successful business and takes care of his customers. Ask about the healthy home package your welcome in advance it truly is a life saver. Thanks guys for all your great work ask for shane. Another spring carpet clean off the check list.

I had to opportunity to have Grace & Jennifer clean our one bedroom that is carpet. They also clean our upholstery,steam cleaned our tiles floors and sealed them. These young ladies are very meticulous to detail. Both were very friendly, knowledgeable of their of job, a pleasure to have in our home. We will definitely use this company again in the future. I had my carpet cleaned yesterday by Chem Dry and I am very pleased with the results. Even more importantly, I was so impressed with Devin and Shane. They arrived early, were very polite, professional and respectful to me and even my stained carpet that I apologized for. I explained to them both that we had to get at least another year of use out of it. I will always use Chem-Dry and always request that Devin and Shane are my carpet cleaning experts!! I purchased a carpet cleaning service from them, total waste of time and money. It was a $300 service, and couldn't remove any stains, and claimed they could not be removed. I then got a rug doctor, other cleaning supplies, that totaled to about $75, and actually removed the stains they couldn't. Don't waste your money. The significantly lighter attached photo is after the rug doctor. The very much still stained picture is after their "service."

Chem Dry professionals were very friendly. Explained the process and services they would be providing. They completed the job in a timely manner and my carpet looked fabulous! I was very doubtful that my carpet could be cleaned because it was so stained, but Christina and Ritchie did a GREAT job! I would highly recommend Chem Dry! 5 out of 5 stars!
