My 25 year old area rug had multiple pet stains. After the cleaning it looked like new.
All stains were gone.
A hair coloring stain that had been in my bathroom for years was totally removed by Zerorez. In the past, neither ChemDry nor Stanley Steemer was able to get it out....on multiple occasions.
I will NEVER use any other carpet cleaning service again. It's Zerorez for me from now on.

I want thank Zerorev for fitting me in last minute! Ryan was on time; wore his mask; neat; thorough but timely. Explained first what he would do and walked through my home with me to go over the areas. Talked to me about the cleaning and the drying time. Ryan went over the results, also. There was even a quarter on the closet shelf that Ryan must have found on the floor when he was cleaning the carpet in the one room. How’s that for honesty!! Very satisfied and happy. Thanks!

Your highly skilled and very polite employee , Ryan Whitaker was outstanding. He gave me a rundown of how the cleaning would work. How he would pre treat the carpet, how he would work his machine. He was extremely knowledgeable and very informative on the procedure. Not only did he clean my carpets, but he also cleaned my tile and sealed the tile grout. Ryan is an asset to your company and an extremely hard worker. While he was at my home my neighbors stop by and he was giving out your companies business cards. Fantastic customer service that accommodated my schedule and short timeline to get the cleaning of my ceramic tile complete. Appreciate the family oriented business who took time to educate me on my floors and how to clean and maintain them in the future. Even left me with a bottle of that magical water they use which was better than my cleaning products I bought to clean other surfaces of the house. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Being I worked at a Zerorez in Minneapolis I knew the type of service to expect... well, this wasn’t as good an effort as I hoped.
My biggest issue was the tech was outside talking to my neighbor about a cleaning. For way too long. I actually was getting upset staring at them talking.
This tech had no personality and was hard to communicate with. He pretreated areas different than I did. He gave it no time to get full effect.
I will say he did work hard on areas and the end result is satisfactory. I do believe Zerorez has the best cleaning process and I will only hire them.

My white rug had turned a dingy gray, very soiled. It looks brand new again! Wonderful job, and the carpet fibers are soft and springy. I took the rug to the warehouse to have it cleaned and got it back in a few days. Office staff is courteous and efficient, and gave me a tour and a cleaning demonstration. I highly recommend them if you want your carpets cleaned professionally.

We had him clean 3 rooms with carpet and the results are amazing! The carpets cleaned look almost new!
We hadn't planned on having him clean our tile and grout floors but after he demonstrated an area we paid extra to have him do our master bath and kitchen floors and are impressed with how great they look.
Reasonably priced and great customer service, would definitely recommend this company and service.
