Services
Thermoplastic Polyolefin, or TPO, is one of the most popular types of roofing material. Its use is becoming more and more widespread, making it the fastest-growing segment of the entire commercial roofing industry. TPO is actually in a broad family of rubber roofing materials and is created from a blend of polypropylene and ethylene-propylene rubber.
EPDM (ethylene-propylene diene monomer) is a single-ply roofing membrane with a long and impressive track record. Sometimes referred to as rubber roofing, EPDM roofing is currently the most commonly used commercial roofing material in the U.S. for both new and replacement commercial roofs. Available in sheets with widths ranging from 10 to 50 feet and lengths ranging from 50 to 200 feet, EPDM roofing can fit nearly any building size.
