This is an awesome company and I promise they will treat you right!!!! Mike, the owner, is so experienced and I was incredibly impressed with his work ethic and attitude. He stretched and cleaned our carpets and after learning how poor the other installer did, I sure wish Mike had put in our carpet. I will never use another company for my carpet and flooring needs.

Mike and Jen came out and did an amazing job cleaning and stretching our carpets. We have a baby and dogs and really appreciate the fact that they use natural enzymes. The carpets turned out amazing that treated us like family. A fantastic family owned local business that did a miraculous job making our 15 year old carpets look new. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

They arrived on time, did an excellent job, and were professional and courteous. We had some bad spots, and some pet stains where we cleaned and left a strong contrast with the surrounding carpet; those disappeared with their cleaning. We already scheduled an appt. for next year.

Ak steamway is a family business. Mike and his wife are very nice! We had a dog vomit stain we needed to get rid of and they didnt charge any. We had to do a move out carpet clean and They did an excellent job!
