The information on their website advertises that they do a 12 step cleaning process on your carpet. They don't. They promised me that it would be dry in less than 3 hours but it isn't. Their 12 step process says they will do a extra strong vacuum before cleaning, then a dry extraction and grooming after cleaning, to be immediately followed by a quick drying machine. None of that happened, they just did a regular steam clean and then the tech told me to stay off it until tomorrow. When I spoke with someone in the office he claimed the 12 step process is just for area rugs, but I was looking at their

Guarantee came out yesterday to clean my home, and once again i was thrilled with the results. I had some concerns about a couple spots in my carpet that i didnt think would come up, but the technician did an amazing job. He went and grabbed a special cleaner out of his truck and the spot cane right up.
I have used this company many times before, i am always thrilled with the results and the professionalism of the technician and the office staff. Money very well spent. I always recommend them to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned.

Guarantee carpet people are friendly and fast. Service is reasonable with coupon. Carpets and upholstery appear clean. They dry in 6-8 hours. There was a small problem with the hose hook up to our house, after service the person cleaning did not re-attach our hose and the faucet dripped onto garage floor.
