Woke up today with my HVAC frozen up and not blowing air. Called A-1 and they sent a tech out to detect and fix the issue right away.
We had Jonathan replace our unit in our first home in the Panhandle 7 years ago, he was always there for us when we needed help. Great business!

Brand New Heat and AC unit, 1 ton larger than what I had, paid cash, will not cool below 77 on a hot day, told me that was to be expected, and they will not respond to any calls. My old unit would bring it down cold to the 60’s. Refuses to give a receipt, return a call, or honor what should have a warranty! This is no way to do business. You, John Leonberger, were trusted and you, John Leonberger, should be ashamed of taking advantage of me, Cheryl Quick, my son, Travis Mask, and the faith and money we put in you! I pray for you son because I would hate to have you conscience!

I highly recommend this company. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable. And has very good prices. His workers are very respectful, friendly, and tidy. I called because my old unit quit working. He came to assess it. And we agreed a new unit was the way to go. He had it here and installed the next day!!’ I don’t know any other place that does that. Thank you for a job well done. And the fast installation. You guys are GREAT!!!

I've been using A1 Heating and Air since they first opened. Their owner Jonathon, diagnosed a problem with my system that six other ac technicians couldn't diagnose and fixed it properly. He managed to keep that dinosaur of a system running for years. They just installed a new system in my place in the rain and having to deal with my 4 dogs as well. They've never left me stranded including the owner himself showing up on the 4 th of July once to fix a blown fan motor. I would strongly recommend them for all your hvac needs.

I want to thank the staff of A-1 Heating and Air for a job well done. Jacob and Reese were both very knowledgeable at their jobs and enjoyed having the young men teaching me about my new heating and air unit.
