I am a landlord in Placerville managing small apartment buildings and a few houses. Steve Bergsma and Bergsma Plumbing have been my "go to" plumbing service for 7 years. Responsive, skilled, and sensibly-priced, they handle everything from small stuff (toilets, snaking lines, water heaters, etc.) to re-plumbing an entire building (supply, waste, and other details). Bergsma Plumbing also makes an obvious effort to clean-up after they do their timely work. I highly recommend this service.

He showed when he said he was going to, as I took the day off from work. I haven't had the best experience in the past. And in the past I called a larger well known company, I was just another call another number. But with Bergsma plumbing, I know this sounds corny, but like I actually felt like he really wanted to help and he cared about how he was going to do the repair so that it would last me 20 years not a quick fix. Professional, knowledgeable and mid range price, but worth every penny just for peace of mind. I like being treated like a human and not just another phoopy customer. haha. I

Steve is focused on drain cleaning primarily and does a great job. Shows up on time, charges a flat rate and works hard.
I had a pretty specialized issue with a very old and abandoned main line that ultimately required a camera & locator, which Steve does not have. But for any kind of general drain cleaning I would highly recommend
