From the first call to the final payment, Dean provide the best home service we could ask for. He returned our initial call promptly and came out quickly to have a look at our job. We were anticipating a very big job replacing some old PVC pipes, which another company had quoted $6000 to do. Dean said most of the pipes are fine and that only certain sections needed replacing. He spent about 7-1/2 hours and the job was done for a little over $1000. It's not always easy finding good home service people to come to our house in the mountains. When we recently arrived at our home in Colorado we discovered we had multiple water pipes burst due to cold weather. In checking around for a plumber, several people recommended Dean with Magnum Plumbing and Heating. We contacted him and he came out the same day, on Sunday. He worked multiple hours on Sunday, came back on Tuesday for a full day and then again for part of a day on Friday. He was able to detect and repair numerous water leaks, as well as repair additional damage to faucets, a shower, and a toilet. Dean was very pleasant, professional and competent.
