Our AC went out on Sunday and we called New Home Warranty. Monday was Labor Day so we knew we were going to have wait a few days. Jorge came out on Tuesday and diagnosed the issue and went back to speak with the owner. Jorge came out again with his helper on Wednesday and rechecked the unit and the problem was still the same but he didn't fix anything. The owner called us and said he can't get to us until maybe Friday but for sure Saturday. We told him if you can't fix it Friday then don't come at all as it's been 5 days and your guys have been here twice already. Jorge

My air conditioner stopped working last night in Palm Desert and I called Sabouh at 7:30 this morning. He had a full schedule but he managed to swing by before his day began.

I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! They were a second company my home warranty sent out because the first company Empire Energy never submitted the report needed to get my unit fixed. On Friday, 9/11, I spoke to a representative and begged to have another contractor called because despite the first company being escalated to provider relations they had not responded and it was already a week out with no ac. The First American rep contacted AC Blue who came out that day (on a Friday afternoon!) and diagnosed it was an engine problem with the blower. Within a hour, the issue was

Very confused to see some of the reviews here, as AC Blue is a top-quality company that always has performed professional, timely and honest work. Also, their pricing is excellent and after working with them for several years, I attest to the value they provide.

First American Home Warranty (by the way don't waste your money on a joke of a home warranty) sent this company out because our AC unit stopped blowing cold air. We bought the house in April and everything was working fine up until a few days ago. The technician forgot to call me as I had requested the office do and told me he would have to leave if I wasn't home. My husband was there, so he showed him the AC and the issues we were having. I called around for a few quotes but AC Blue was the only one who came the same day to check out the house (after 6pm!), which I appreciated a lot. Initially their quote wasn't the lowest, but I came to find out that some of the other guys were going to install a cheaper and very low quality unit, so when I got wind of that I had everyone give me a quote on the same unit. I would give zero stars if I could. Very incompetent company my AC was leaking, they sent out a guy he couldn't fix it so they said they'll send out a senior technician that evening he came out looked at my AC units didn't even get off of his latter was at my house less than five minutes and said they couldn't fix it. This company is just pure lazy it was in the evening he wanted to go home so he didn't even take the time to diagnose it. Had the AC go out the other night and the Home Warranty Company sent out AC Blue to fix it. I got a call early the next morning from Sebough saying that his crew would be at my house between 2-6 PM. They showed up at 3:00 and left by 3:30 with the AC blowing cold air! They were very professional and were spot on in finding the issue and fixing it. They even explained all of the things that were happening as they were fixing my AC unit. I will definitely be using them in the future! Fast response and not trying to get me to have extra unneeded work done.
