My water heater busted open on a Saturday morning. I started making calls about 10:00am and this was the only place to answer my call. By 1:15pm installation of my new water heater was complete and the price was better than I had hoped. When I did get a hold of one of their competitors I was quoted nearly $400 more for the same part and 2-3 business days before it could be done.

I started to have sewage backup in to the house. Luckily I had a home warranty. They assigned the job to these guys. After being put on hold for numerous times and waiting for answers, I was told I would need to wait 5 days before anyone could take a look at the issue.
Having sewage actively leaking into your house qualifies as an emergency and is a serious health risk. They apparently don't take emergency situations seriously. I had the warranty company move the contract to a different plumber.

Worst experience of my life. Apt was scheduled for 4-5pm, tech never showed and never called, i had to call for them to tell me he was about 30 min behind....3 and a half hours later still no tech and no phone call again, i call and am told hes on his way. Shows up 4 hours late, looks completely high or possibly sick idk but he cant open his eyes all the way and could barely talk. Was supposed to fix the temperature on my water heater and the pressure. Begins to bang on the water shut off valves with the back of a wrench causing them to leak (hadnt before) somehow or another a toilet has started

My mom had a pipe in her kitchen bust last week due to the extremely cold weather. She called a local plumber on Brazil and two guys came out a two seperate time and said they didn't know if it could be fixed and would have to come back on Monday. My mom called them on Monday and left a voicemail asking for a time frame on when thwy would be out. She waited all day and they never returned her call. She had been without hot water all week already waiting for someone to fix the broken pipe. She had to request this whole week off work so she could make
