Worst customer experience I had in a very long time. Empty promises regarding start dates, estimates and capabilities. Weeks and months of trying to get Joe Alvez to start the little project he said he can get done quickly. But nothing ever happened then txt messages promising he'll start the following week. ... If I could select zero stars I would.
