TWP just finished the painting our our town-home community. After speaking with three commercial contractors, the board elected to go with TWP even though he was $18,000 more than the lowest quote.
Our community consists of 64 townhomes and this project was a large project for us. The project was completed in 10 weeks and on schedule. The quality of the job was as we expected and is the reason we selected TWP.
I would have given TWP a five star rating if they had done a better job in communicating with the residents on their painting schedule. The painters were professional and given I can speak

I witnessed an encounter between one of the Tom White Painting employees named Jeff, and an employee at the local paint store I frequent. Jeff was incredibly rude to her just because she opened the store doors right on time and not a couple minutes early. She is a very polite employee whenever I have dealt with her. She did not do anything wrong in my view. This lack of professionalism by Jeff as a representative of Tom White has led me to write this negative review. I will never do business with this company and I will send a formal complaint directly.

In my 42 years of engineering and construction, I can tell you it’s rare to find excellence such as we have had with Tom White Painting and Restoration.
Every step, through the RFP process, the award of contract, and the timely completion of meticulous work has resulted in the best experience any HOA could hope for. The community has never looked better and the membership is delighted. We hope to get Tom White Painting and Restoration back for our roofing project coming due in a couple of years.
