Carpet Kings responded to my request for carpet and upholstery cleaning within minutes. They were incredibly responsive and came out within two days. They cleaned the carpet and rugs in my entire office suite, as well as the furniture. I have been in this office space for 3.5 years and had never had any cleaning done so it was definitely time. Adi, the owner did an amazing job cleaning and making my carpet, rugs and furniture look new again. He was quick, thorough and punctual. I would definitely use their services again.

David did an amazing job cleaning our area rug and our mattress. He took his time and made sure that not only was the carpet clean but that he was able to get all of our dogs hair out of our mattress and rug. Our mattress went from having yellow spots to being spotless. We appreciate the end product and the great value.

Jason called prior to arrival and was punctual. He reviewed the details of the job agreed on and did not try to add on unwanted services. He was efficient and thorough and gave tips on carpet maintenance for pet owners. He was very professional, friendly, and mindful of the owners safety while the carpet is wet. They did a ok job we expected couches to be spotless for what we paid. We were told $150 online but ended up paying 450 which according to the cleaner was a discount to what it actually was. We just thought they looked like that because it was wet and would look cleaner when dry. But no it looked the same, he did however did get alot of the dirt off the upholstery, as for carpet in room we haven’t had it cleaned every since we moved in a year and a half ago which we didnt expect it to be top tier but we did expect it to be cleaner. Friendly but within a week, the carpet had stains (there were some stains they couldn't get out to begin with because they only used some spray bottle and steam machine). I understand the padding underneath might be dirty but I saw the PRISTINE carpet multiple times during open houses and for inspections so I know it's not to the point of unsavable. 1 week is ridiculous. But more importantly they left black scrape marks all over the walls at the bottom where their machine scratched the moulding. Tried to fix one problem and now I have 2. Wouldn't go with this company again.

This company exceeded our expectations. Non of the other carpet cleaning companies we have used in the past can’t compare to what Carpet Kings have done. I myself was surprised how David pulled through our dirty carpet into almost like new. David was quite surprised himself he thought the results would not what he thought he could manage to do. I have a leather couch, and I'm fully aware of what it takes to keep the couch clean (leather cleaner and elbow grease). I chose to seek out someone to perform this service for me as it had been a while since we had cleaned our couch. Adi steam cleaned a some of our furniture for us. My kids had gotten my mother-in-law's couches really dirty. I felt really bad about it but we just moved and were working with a budget. Adi came over and gave us an estimate. He provided several options and he worked with me on accomplishing what needed to be done in our budget. He set realistic expectations for how clean our furniture would look. I have to say I am sooooo happy. Cleaning upholstery is one of those things that freshens up the home.
