So I was turning a container into office space and was looking for nice tile to have as the flooring, after passing through many stores in the Doral Area I ended up in Casa Linda, their variety is amazing and their customer service for someone who doesn’t know much about tiles was very customer friendly, after getting help from Nicolas I was able to make the selection that fit my idea for the office.

I met Sully 2/2020 and remember she was very helpful. Because of my initial experience, I returned today with her business card in hand. Once again, she was very kind, but on this visit, extremely busy. Instead of making me wait, she asked Nick to help me out. I found Nick to be very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I asked several questions and Nick was very understanding and professional. I purchased my tile and will return to purchase additional tile as I continue my renovations. I highly recommend Casa Linda. So refreshing to find a business with exemplary customer service.

Buying tile during COVID was impossible but this place made it easy!! After going to several large tile stores the few tiles we liked were out of stock. Many were from China and with long back order. We recalled buying a tough to find tile years ago at Casa Linda so we headed there. in 20 minutes we were done and found an Italian tile we loved and at a great price. BUT,,,,, there's more. We needed a few more boxes several weeks later so I stopped by and with the information in the computer placed an additional order. Casa Linda provides excellent service and accommodates your needs without any hassle. We ordered and paid for tile for our entire house, but because of many delays we were not able to install the tile until months after. Casa Linda was gracious enough to hold our tile for all those months without charge. We enjoyed their overall customer service, especially Nelly who was the salesperson who sold us the tile.

Let me start off by saying Nick is the best and most helpful sales person!!!! Helped out with picking out the tile for my home and recommended which ones would look great. Very good prices and selections on tiles plus a very mice and pleasant experience. Casa Linda is by far the best place for tiles, not like the other places where you have to wait to be helped.

I stumbled upon Casa Linda when I was in the neighborhood shopping for deck time for my pool. What a blessing!! Nick Valderama Was watching the World Cup game when I walk again. He quickly pointed me in the direction of what I was looking for. They have a great selection of well priced beautiful tile and fixtures. He was very helpful. The tile will be delivered in a week. They were nice during the sales process but other things are lacking. We bought 12 x 24 tile for our shower. When we opened the boxes at home we found what we actually got was 24 x 24 tile cut in half. The problem with this is the side that was cut was not as smooth as the other three sides. Most were chipped on the bottom side but many were chipped on the finished side so we had to throw them away. We also made a mistake and ordered more of another tile in error. I admit it was my fault so I asked to return the extra, with the understanding I had to pay a 20% restocking fee as stated on their

..purchase all the titles for our home remodeling, and then a last small badge that was never picked up, and end it up not needing. they refused to do a reimbursement without charging 20% "re stocking" fee. It was not a special order, it was not custom, it was regular off the shelves tiles. You make your own decision, I will never go back.
