Services
After growing up in Hawley, Raymond graduated from the University of Minnesota, Crookston, in 1996. Raymond initially worked for NRCS/USDA as a conservation project manager, and one of his primary tasks was managing some of the nation's largest land restoration projects, located in Northern Minnesota.

All floor plans can be adjusted to meet your individual needs, or we can start from scratch and create one for you. Another option is if you already have one you can bring it to us and we are able to quote you based on that plan.

We enjoyed our first experience with building a home with RCH. The entire team was very professional and easy to work with. Raymond was patient with us and helped guide us along the way. The design center was a HUGE help in the process on getting the right materials we wanted. We would highly recommend to anyone looking at building a home.

I want to say how much I enjoyed working with the team from RCH custom homes. It all began when we toured an open house that Raymond was at. The next day we met with Raymond again to discuss and ask more questions about building. This was our first time building and he was very helpful and always willing to answer any questions we had. After meeting with him and talking between ourselves we decided to move forward and build our house.

Since day one, Raymond and his team were on top of things. Every step of the way from purchasing the property, planning the build and during the entire construction process they were keeping us updated on where things were at and estimated time line for anything we asked about. In a year where there was a lot of uncertainty and tough to get some supplies, they still managed to finish the project in their projected time frame they told us, even with a couple of delays mixed in that were out of their control. The quality of product you can choose is solid and built with pride. The customer service
