Robert Russell Plumbing Inc. was originally started by Joe Russell in 1957. Joe ran the company and did all the work himself until his boys were old enough to help out. Robert, Joe and Thelma's second son worked with his father until he enlisted in the Navy in 1966. When Robert's tour of duty ended, he returned to Muenster and continued working with Joe.

Positives: Answered phone immediately, showed up when they said, did good work. Negatives: I had to run to a plumbing store to get some supplies, expensive, when I called back with a concern, I got a rude woman who said they were closed for the holidays and couldn’t help me. She could have at least taken my name and number.
