I can't give ZERO but this guy TODD is a crook. He was performing work for repair in my house from work done by an AC installation company. He was being paid by the AC installation company's insurance. He did the work then tried to bill me. I never signed a contract, he never gave ME a written estimate...nothing! I CALL HIM OUT TO PROVE I AM WRONG!!! He tried to get paid by the insurance company and me! This is NOT the place to get work done. I will be calling the BBB to file a formal complaint.
