If i could not give any stars I would!!! This business is joke... I hired them to clean my high traffic area including the hall way and entry way of my house. I explained in detail to the dispatcher that we had a plumbing accident in the bathroom which involved our toilet flooding the hall way directly in front of the bathroom. She was FULLY aware of the problem before sending the gentlemen out to clean my carpets. After being LATE and making my family wait 20 mins past the window I was told the gentlemen proceeds to tell me he CAN NOT clean my carpets because the do cover water damaged floors

Lyon Reyes shows up on time with a mask on and worked quickly to clean our carpet. It looks brand new! This is very important to us because we have a 9 month old baby crawling all around. Lyon did a awesome job from start to finish. When he came out to do the estimate he was on time and showed what I could expect with cleaning of the old tile. The day of the job he was on time and the work was done quickly but that didn't affect the quality. I would recommend Moser brothers to anyone if they need tile cleaned. I will be using them again once my dogs and kids ruin what was just cleaned.

Fantastic!! We have a dog who randomly started peeing in a guest bedroom the last few months, we have our own carpet cleaner but still the smell remained. When Lyon showed up he used a blacklight on the room and showed all the urine spots, he then treated those and cleaned the carpets. After using the blacklight the stains and smell were gone!
Lyon was on time, very professional and went above and beyond to make sure our carpets were as clean as possible. Will definitely use again!

Moser Brothers gave me a quote for my large, approximately 7X11, rug and let me know that I could drop it off at their listed address for a lower rate. I dropped it off and picked it up a week later (due to my busy schedule).
Moser Brothers did not charge me for cleaning my carpet because they were not confident that the odor had been removed completely! They used a deodorizer

I was personally at work the day when Lyon came by and cleaned all the tile grout in the house (about 200 square feet); that would be two full baths, one half bath, the walk-in closet, and the laundry room. Hubby had nothing but praise for Lyon, saying he was courteous and professional, as well as on time and thorough. Trust me, if hubby is using such superlative adjectives, this Lyon guy must have been the real deal.

I went on vacation and left the house in the care of my twin 20 year old sons. The house was still standing when I came back, however i did discover some stained carpet in my living and dining rooms. It's been four years since I posted my review of Moser Brothers. Still using Lyon for all my carpet cleaning because he does such a good job at such a good price. You cannot find a better carpet cleaning service. He told me he also does various kinds of tile cleaning but I haven't had a need for that.

Stay away from those big commercial companies- look no further, the service Lyon provides just cant be beat. I am a long term customer and I cannot say enough about the quality of work Lyon provides. We have heard a litany of excuses over the years about why carpet cleaning services can't remove stains. We contacted Moser Brothers to have the carpet in our apartment cleaned. There are two things to consider with regard to this review: 1. Our carpets were a mess. We have two dogs, so we are in and out of the apartment all day long walking them. As hard as we try to not track in dirt, it's impossible not to bring in a mess now and then. As well, the dogs have their rare accident. 2. We are very, very picky. My partner truly believes that cleanliness is next to godliness, so to impress him takes quite a lot.
