Real Action Painting went above and beyond my expectations -- not only in terms of the quality of the work but also the professionalism. The team was punctual, detailed and trustworthy in every step of the way. There were some issues we had to work through due to our homes age and Seung was there to help us through it. I was also able to bounce ideas and share thoughts about where to paint and what colors to use and got honest feedback instead of a "yes" to everything. I've received so many compliments from my neighbors on how the house looks and could not have done it without them

Horrible experience with this company. Don't use them. They painted my home five months ago and the paint is already chipping. I asked them to come finish and correct the work and they keep pushing me off for months saying that they're too busy. They charged me for work that they didn't actually finish and wanted to later charge me more! They also got paint on my neighbor's car and had to pay to fix it. Sloppy work and very unprofessional team. They also claim to be female owned but the real owner and decision maker is male. As a female business owner myself, I find this marketing

I hired Seung to paint an apartment complex. She went above and beyond by doing additional things that were not in the contract. That was very appreciated. The work was very good! The lines were done crisply and it looks great. Not to mention the price was the best among the 3 quotes I got. She was patient and great to work with. I had this company paint the exterior of my house. They did an excellent job. After they finished I did a tour to inspect and everything looked great. Nice clean lines and nothing missed. They cleaned up afterwards and put everything back where it was. We did have a miscommunication in the beginning but I won't blame them because I did not make myself clear. Seung is a true professional and has a first rate crew. I did a whole house internal and external paint job with Real Action. Seung was highly responsive throughout the entire process from quote to completion of job. I unknowingly overpaid and Seung even reached out to me to refund it within 2 days.
Her crew was easy to work with tidy and very patient with me. I'm very particular and her foreman Mr Baek was always polite and eager to please the customer. They showed up on time each day and took care of business.

Seung and her team were TOP-NOTCH. We had to have our entire interior spackled / painted as well as an exterior wall painted. During the 2021 price surge - Seung was the most reasonable and the results were perfection. She listened, worked with us on a changing timeline, and was a complete PRO with high integrity.

Seung and Mr.Hong are great. They are very easy to work with and responsive. The workers are nice and very hard working. They are punctual and work throughout the day. When I asked for areas to be re-done or touched up, they did not argue with me; they just did the work. I chose Real Action Painting because of the great reviews (over 100 so they weren’t just written by friends or family). I interviewed at least 5 other companies and read the reviews. The crew literally just drove away and I couldn't be happier with their work, the house looks amazing! We knew this would be a challenging job, the previous homeowner was a bit neglectful but RAP did a terrific job. They were efficient, detailed and very respectful of our property. They covered (and recovered) the pool, the were careful with the foliage (one of the workers actually watered one of the trees that was in distress while being tethered out of their way! Just be patient with the scheduling, like so many businesses they're struggling to keep up with demand amidst chronic labor

Highly recommended! Seung's crew was very professional and friendly. Great experience from getting a quote to project completion. The quote was very detailed and it spelled out every step of the process from pressure washing, fixing stucco cracks, painting and cleaning. I had the outside of my house painted and I couldn't be happier with the results. They went above and beyond to check every detail. The quantity of their work was excellent!

I called to inquire about painting a front door, and before stating what I need done and how big the door is, the lady had the audacity to say "I can already tell my price is too high for you." All I can say is if you like to be treated like a human, do not work with them.
In response to Seung: if she would have not jumped to conclusions, she would have known that we need the front door painted ASAP, but the entire house needed to be painted within a month or two. This was just the beginning of a major project. Also, we have four other investment properties that need paint work done

I was so pleased with my experience! From the moment I met Seung to the time the job was finished I was very happy. All of the workers were friendly and did a thorough job. There was a lot more work that needed to be done in prepping the house than previously thought and they fixed every little detail. The house looks great and I would recommend them to anybody. I got three estimates and they were not the most expensive and not the cheapest. We definitely paid a fair price.

It was a big job and they took a little bit longer on the prep than expected but the end result is near perfect. The crew were total pros and handled the job beautifully. Real Action Painting did an amazing job. They removed acoustic ("popcorn") ceiling in 3 large rooms, and painted our living room, dining room, office, kitchen, bathroom and hallways. Seung was great to work with and even gave us recommendations about colors. Covered everything completely, did Incredible detailed work, and finished quickly (Even working over Memorial Day weekend to finish)...all at a good price. I highly recommend them.
