Incredible Builders were highly professional and personable from start to finish. They provided an estimate that I could mix and match with what I wanted them and I could also do. They were also flexible with changes and made sure I was a well with the work and cost. There were no surprises when it came to first or final invoices and I knew exactly what everything was going cost without any hidden fees. My husband and I were thinking of adding on an in-law addition. Tony was quick to email back and get an appointment locked in. We were able to meet with him in less than a week! Our visit went well. He took Covid precautions, listened to our thoughts, shared his own ideas based on experience, and even tried to help us visualize what realistically could work/how the process happens. Experienced an issue with a faulty water shut off valve leaking in the ceiling of a lower level bedroom. A portion of the ceiling drywall, wall insulation and all of the carpeting in the room sustained damage. Having previously contracted with Incredible Builders to complete a kitchen remodel, and being totally satisfied with their work, they were the first company I contacted after discovering the mess. We cannot recommend "The Incredibles" highly enough!!! We redid a master bathroom and from the initial estimating to the completed project, we felt they had our best interest in mind. They never tried to sell us anything we didn't need and even worked with us to keep within the budget we had set. Mike, the project manager, always kept us informed of who would be coming when and did what he could to keep the project on schedule. Yelp reviews work! After posting a 1-star, negative review, the owner of the company called me and offered to do his best to make things right. They came back out to my house and re-sealed my sun-room at no additional charge and this time it was done right. I'm happy they did the right thing in the end.

Tony and his team at Incredible Builders are top notch. I hired them to do a complete tear out and renovation of my bathroom. They provided me clear up front pricing. He brought in everyone on day one so I could meet all the people that would be working in my home while I was away at work. At last minute, literally right before they started, I requested several changes. Each request was met with "no problem, we'll take care of it." They provided a concise schedule, and actually ended up finishing early. Much appreciated since this was my master bathroom. I would definitely hire them

Incredible builders fixed the siding that came off near my roof in a recent storm. They came out quickly and went above and beyond in their service. They even fixed a part of the roof that the original builders of the house had left unrepaired. They were very friendly and the price was very reasonable. I will be using them for all future projects and repairs!!

Incredible Builders has done two projects for me over the past two years. They repaired my roof and replaced a hot water heater.
I found them to be highly conscientious, punctual and personable. They accomplished their work in a highly efficient manner and made sure everything was cleaned up and tidy when they finished. They did a wonderful job for me both times that they were here.
