Instead of installing plain gray concrete, ESPJ Construction offers you an endless array of color options to add beauty to your project. We can even match the color of your concrete patio, sidewalk, pool deck or driveway to the color scheme of your home exterior. We use a variety of coloring methods to help you achieve the look you desire, including integral concrete color, topical color hardeners, antiquing agents, and concrete stains.
Interlocking concrete pavers are an economical option to real stone or brick and come in a wide array of colors, shapes, sizes and textures, allowing you to create a variety of different looks. ESPJ Construction can install paver driveways, sidewalks, pool decks, patios, and stairways designed to complement your home and landscape.
ESPJ Construction offers many options for resurfacing worn or discolored concrete pavements and floors, giving you a new decorative surface without the hassle and expense of concrete replacement. All existing surfaces must first be evaluated so we can advise you about your best options. We will check for any major cracks, shifting or structural damage that might affect your project.
If your concrete patio, driveway, or sidewalk looks worn or the color has faded, we can restore it to its original beauty by cleaning and sealing the surface. The sealers we use will protect your concrete from stains, weather exposure, and deicing chemicals. They will also bring the color back to life and make the surface easier to clean.
ESPJ Construction also installs natural stone, including blue stone, flagstone, slate and other types of quarried stone. Walls faced with natural or cultured stone can enhance any landscape, whether you need to retain the soil, create a tiered patio, or accent a stairway. For a finished look, we will cap the tops of your walls with limestone.

Work was done as stated and no hidden fees. They were upfront and honest. Geovani came up with a great design that was not over the top price wise and looks great. ESPJ performs fantastic work. The team at ESPJ placed a stamped concrete walkway at the front of my home.
Not only were the courteous, professional, communicated well, cleaned up and were competitively priced.
They also have a team of contractors that perform all other work.

This spring ESPJ took a leading role in our multi phase, several thousand square foot yard renovation on varying grades and levels that included demo, stamped concrete pool decking/patio, boulder walls, multiple dry laid walls and wet laid steps out of kearney stone, a fire pit and drainage. They were proactive in sequencing and scheduling, responsive to questions and feedback, and the stone and concrete work is outstanding. They are professionals and craftsmen!

We had ESPJ install about 1500 SQ Ft of stamped concrete patio around our new pool. Giovanni the proprietor was easy to deal with, and forthcoming with all the information. The job came out nicely, and they put down the whole deck in two days total. They had 7 guys working at the sight not counting the truck drivers. I am sure that smaller companies with smaller staff would have taken much longer. Also Giovanni did not hesitate to offer some small touch up at the end that will make the whole job just perfect. Thank you!

Highly recommended! From beginning to end, ESPJ Construction did a great job installing a pool patio in our backyard. Professionally done with hard working people that are knowledgeable, polite and considerate. They never steered us wrong, from choosing colors to the layout- it was a seamless project. Espj Construction Renovated our pool area and patio. We can't say enough what a positive great experience it was. Geovani, his crews, and even the office staff were professional and efficient. We were very impressed on all fronts. When our pool desks were jackhammered, our pool was surrounded by water. Our patio dropped 2 inches. We had cranks and… sunken concrete. The absolute worst part of my pool install and have to live with what they did every time I am near my pool. From the concrete cracking after install, doing a lot of damage to other structures on my property and several things being done incorrectly. It is a shame that we have to live with their imperfections for the rest of our lives.
