I contacted Argelio months ago for an estimate on restoring my 80 year old wood floor. He responded immediately for the sanding, sealing and finish. Argelio was professional and honest with the work. Wood floors are never cheap but his prices were fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend this business for any wood floor needs.

Argelio was immediately responsive at all times, promptly coming over to the house, preparing a very competitive quote, and ready to start our Brazilian Cherry refinish / stair installation project immediately upon request. His team provided an estimate for completion and made sure to meet it, working weekends and nights to exceed our expectations! The final product was high quality, and the team took great care of our baseboards, etc., minimizing the need for additional work on our end. No headaches with Argelio and team, they deliver.

I hired Original Wood Floors to re-finish the hardwood floors of a new house we just bought.
Estimated time: 2 weeks
Real time: Almost 5 weeks with most of the labor done by 2 workers the last week working weekend and nights.
Contracted price: 15,150$
Final price paid: 18,606$
Result: the floors that Andy and Danilo did the last week look ok, but the ones that Luciano did during the first weeks (showing up for a few hours alone, or not showing up at all) look terrible. Luciano damaged the wood with the sanding machines, left the floors unevenly stained ….I will have to re-do those floors

I hired Original Wood Floors to refinish my whole house and was very happy I made this choice. They performed an excellent job. Fantastic work. very happy I chose them. Argelio was extremely communicative and efficient. Very accommodating to my schedule and flexible. Most importantly, they work on Sundays!! ALWAYS available - haven't worked with someone who is so readily available and willing to work. The floors came out fantastic as well as repairs that were needed. Thank you again for a job well done.
