One of KDA's specialties is cleaning, scoring and staining of concrete floors including commercial, residential, interior, and exterior. We can create almost any design you need. Some slabs that have been covered with tile or wood are in need of an overlay system for us to be able to stain it. Please remember that no slab is the same.

After a burst pipe that damaged my kitchen floor, I contacted KDA for an estimate. Their pricing is fair, and their work impeccable. They finished before I anticipated and always communicated with me about the process. KDA is a family-owned business that takes good care of its customers. They are great to work with and a family owned business. We moved into a house and had no idea the nastiness under the tile floor from the previous owners. They came in and cleaned the concrete and stained it and the floor looks fantastic!

KDA floors did an outstanding job on my polished concrete floors. It’s an industrial style custom home and we love the character of the polished concrete foundation. Plus, they recently did an overlay on the concrete floor of my patio and summer kitchen. What a pleasure to work with this business! I will definitely work with them again on epoxy flooring for my three garages and any other concrete floor needs!

Kim and her husband are an amazing team, they stained my concrete floors in grey tones and used a high gloss finish and they are absolutely gorgeous!
When people see them they always want information on KDA Custom Flooring Co. I had some problems dues to floors being finished before a lot of construction in the my home and they came back and completely refinished them as good as new. This company stands by their work 100%.
This type of flooring is almost indestructible and great for pets.

KDA was great when it came to doing our floors, they were very helpful and accommodating in meeting my schedule. If you decide to get them to do your floors, great, take into account that they can not speed up the process of the stain, meaning they can't help drying times OR how the concrete will take the stain. Trust in their words I was going to be very disappointed if the color I saw that morning was the color my floors were going to stay but I trusted in them

We wanted our concrete floors stained gray, and they are now BLACK. I understand that your website states every job is different and it may not be the exact product of what we expect, but it turned out nothing close to what the guys doing it showed us. Would not recommend or use again. Our floors look horrible & we would have been better off keeping the ugly tile we had.
