I bought a sheet vinyl and had it installed 5 years ago. It has broken down badly under a rolling chair in the bedroom. I called to see what could be done to fix it and they told me there was nothing they could do, and the manufacturer wouldn't help because I hadn't put a clear plastic office mat down under the chair which voided the warrantee. No one told me that the vinyl was so fragile that you couldn't put a rolling chair on it. Thousands of dollars down the drain.

What a pleasure these folks were to work with. From material purchase to install....so grateful to have decent, hardworking folks that also don't charge an arm and a leg or require a 2nd mortgage just to get flooring done! They were great and I am breathing a sigh of relief. George helped us pick out our carpet and vinyl and Rudy was our installer and he and his crew showed up when he said, and worked their tails off and finished quick. I'm very pleased with the experience and would use them again.

Went looking for a larger rug than available in the stores. I wanted to get a carpet remnent to have the edges bound. They have so many neutrals available and good prices, friendly, professional service. I'll definitely be back for another remnent or even a whole house of carpet.
P.s. they really should update their google photos. The carpet there is really nice and neutral, not many, if any, crazy colors.

Cheapest carpet around and still matched the quality you could find anywhere using well-known brands. I was on a tight schedule and asked if they could send someone out to take measurements before we even went to the story and they did. They work with an installer named Jaime Perez who was on time, thorough, and had fantastic rates.
While I had talked on the phone with the team at America's Carpet Outlet, my wife was the one that went to the store and they knew exactly who she was and how much carpet we needed, so they were quick to get quotes and ultimately we bought and had our carpet installed
