Of all the projects we've worked on, this was in the worst condition - abandoned for years with significant water and structural damage including a large area of collapse and several areas on the verge of collapse. Phase I consisted of stabilizing the structure and renovating the carriage house into living space so I have a place to live while we renovate the rest of the house.
