Our hot water heater unexpectedly died 4 days before Christmas. With company heading in for the holidays, this was not an ideal situation! Andersons had a new hot water heater installed less than 24 hrs after it happened! We are so pleased with their services, we are going to have them install our new heating system in a few weeks! My old furnace was in very bad shape and dangerous because when the pilot light would go out raw gas was still spilling into the basement. My brother called Scott for an estimate and since he was nearby in a jobsite he came and gave an estimate that same day. Mind you, this was the end of September and all heating companies were extremely busy. He also had an opening, most fortunate for me, the following week to install a new, very efficient furnace. Mark Anderson is thoughtful, conscientious, dependable, resourceful, and he always has a cheerful and "can do" spirit. We had two central heating units with thermostats integrated with our existing two central air-conditioning units. Anderson was on time, kept us informed, installed on schedule, cleaned up after installation, and did a follow-up visit to ensure the units were functioning properly. A previous person installed a furnace in my house that seemed ok for about a year then started to act up. I had got a tip to call Anderson's to have them look at it. Sam came out and assessed a problem and got it working. He was very professional and knowledgeable. That dang furnace continued to act up so we just decided to replace it. Mark gave us a quick estimate that we decided to go with. Mark and Sam were there the next day to install it. Those guys worked for hours trying to undo someone else's poor work.
