You might say she was born to design. Melissa Hoover Connor has been an aspiring artist since she was four years old. For the last two decades, that talent has come to life in the form of beautiful landscapes all across central Ohio. She founded Melissa Hoover Landscape Design in 1993, after a successful career in retail and a background in clothing design.
Beautiful landscape designs are, of course, at the heart of Melissa Hoover Landscape Design. Melissa strives to create environments of lush plants and inviting spaces. She works with high-end residential and commercial clients across central Ohio to develop both conceptual and fully-appointed designs.
Once clients approve the design plans, most choose to have Melissa manage the landscape installation, as well. Teaming with talented and trusted partners, Melissa finds the right subcontractors to bring your design to life. She has worked with top, professional contractors for more than a decade, and selects the best fit based on the individual project needs and the contractor's strengths.
Whether you're an avid gardener or a new homeowner, Melissa can consult with you and share her 20+ years' experience with you. A landscape consult includes a site visit during which Melissa walks the property with you, getting your input and brainstorming the possibilities. She can provide solutions, answer specific questions about plants and soil, and help you create an attractive and functional vision.
