Had Chris come out 10/8/20 to inspect floor flooring zone installed was told floor was under warranty and someone would contact the following week to setup apt left voicemail ,texts

This place is a joke the owner will not return my calls,texts emails came out in and looked at my floor in oct 2020 almost a year later will not respond at all floor is pulling up and separating owner will not respond at all when he did respond months ago it was always excuses he lost his phone employees out of country suppose to come over twice now to fix no one ever showed no calls texted owner his response need to me and that’s it avoid this place the work they did was good just want my floor fixed I understand stuff comes up the reason this place is a joke is the owner will not respond to

Had our floors refinish. Project from *#%. Horrible service they refuse to return my emails and phone calls. Damaged our walls, new refrigerator, stain all over our white trim. And dust will be cleaning up for months to come. They don’t actually don’t do the work they use subcontractors. Did not preform the work as stated in the agreement. Need I say more!

Worst company to do business with and if you absolutely must use them make sure you don't pay them upfront. They are dishonest and cannot be trusted. I hired them to repair a baseboard and install new vinyl in my bathroom. I have own my home for almost 20 years, I have done business with many other companis including new flooring for my entire house except the bathrooms, I have replaced my roof very big jobs. I have always made in a point to pay upfront. Big mistake with this company. They took my money and its been going on two months, they have destroyed my bathroom flooring and damaged my carpet

The Flooring Zone will take your money and never deliver the product. We’ve been waiting on our upstairs floor to be installed for 4 months. We were originally told by Miles that it would be installed by June… 11th. That date came and went with no contact from Miles. After I reached out for an update he told me it’d be July 13th. That date has also passed. There is no accountability from anyone in the company. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this company at all cost. I will also be posting my reviews on every website available. People deserve to be warned about The

I’m going to try and be as fair as humanly possible because I also run a small business going on 15 years. I’ve owned different homes and properties, and worked with many contractors. I will verify that the impression many people get of these folks taking your money up front and dropping off the radar is absolutely true. Chris Cheney is the head sales guy and Co owner. His wife Tiffany is the office manager and Miles Duchanois is the scheduler.
