Marshall has taken the time to listen to all details. He has worked very hard to make sure that we are pleased with our new Cardinal home. He made sure that we were informed of all that was being done.
Building a modular home combines engineering know-how with factory-production techniques to design and build more efficiently and with greater quality control. Modular homes are built 85% in the factory while your site is being prepped and the foundation laid, then brought to the job-site and carefully placed on your foundation.
When pricing a new stick frame house, I make sure to carefully study the foundation and framing details, and offer suggestions which will either save the customer money, add living space, or allow for ease of future expansion. I look for things the homeowners may not be aware that they can do, and I try to anticipate problems which might arise later.
The time it takes to build a new modular home averages about 2 months. A stick frame home would take from 3 to 6 months to build. This time frame varies based on the type of foundation your home requires and specific characteristics of the house plan. We make every effort to meet the closing date we establish with you.
