Our home has a (apparently poorly) retrofitted centralized filtration system that had cracked and been pulling in filthy attic air for who knows how long. The technician who identified the problem strongly recommended we get the ducts cleaned as mold was beginning to grow. After the repair, we called h-town out to clean the ducts. Their tech, Paul, arrived promptly, went over the job in detail and summarized the prices clearly. During the work, he was very conscientious about not disturbing us and cleaning up as he went. Great company! I researched carpet cleaning companies on yelp and this was the first choice with great reviews. I called them and they were quick, polite and attentive! The service was the same! My husband and I were both beyond satisfied with the great work that Aaron did in cleaning our 1 bedroom. He was straightforward, professional and quick! Andres did a great job on our carpets! Only thing we would have changed is communication on arrival. We were given a window of time and he arrived an hour after that. I think the company could do a better job of communicating during the hours preceding the appointment. But once Andres arrived, he did a great job.

AMAZIING service! The people that came to
Clean we're very informative , professional, and friendly. There was no pushing for any sell which I like. The best part is as he leave, he disinfect the hallway and mop the places he walked . So I didn't have to clean after him. I love how considerate that gesture was.

I wouldn't be writing this review but they called and emailed several times to get my feedback on the service. I really wasn't going to complain, but since they asked, I figured they actually cared. I obviously was wrong. I was met with excuses and each person I spoke to blamed us for the issues. So, here is my review. Technician was late. He called to say he'd be 45 min and ended up being almost two hours late. We were originally given the price for the in home service, when we had wanted the spa service. We decided at that point to try the in home and see if it made any difference

From what you guys had to remove from my carpet y'all should have taken a before and after photo. My daughter decided to open my acrylic paint and dump it on the floor then my red nail polishes. We were told by over 6 companies that it couldn't be removed. When these guys came they told my husband they thought the stains would be hard to treat but they said the stains were not deep in the carpet and thank god we got half of it off the floor before it set in. They got the stains out in less than 30 minutes saved my husband thousands of dollars with ripping the carpet up and getting new

There's something about a local company that makes me rejoice! I ran across H-Town Steam on Yelp and after reading the great reviews I reached out. I also reached out to a few other locals, however H-Town Steam was the very first response (can you say SPEED?!)

From the moment you call them it is super professional (and friendly!) every step of the way. I needed upholstery cleaning, they were on time, worked efficiently, walked me through the cleaning process and even removed some slime from a chair I didn't order cleaned. Booking our service was easy over the phone, and the technician who came to our home was polite and friendly, arriving about 15 minutes early (but giving me a call beforehand to make sure that was okay). It only took him about 30 minutes to clean the three rooms we needed cleaned, and when he was done our carpet looked almost new again - even the high traffic areas that I thought would never get clean!
