We used Dallas Paints to remove popcorn ceiling and paint our downstairs floor. I was pleased that working with Joseph, the quote which was initially provided came in very competitive with our other bids. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the results. I was looking to have the popcorn scraped off of my ceiling, so I was excited to find that Dallas paints seems to do this often. When I initially talked to their rep on the phone, I felt pressured to ensure them that I was having my whole condo (I felt as if my job was too small for them to consider). They did show up on the appointed day, but Ben was quite short with me on the phone while he was trying to find my condo (he kept interrupting me). When he showed up, he didn't have on a mask, and did not have a mask to don. He then argued with me about whether we were in a pandemic. Overall

Cannot thank you and your crew enough for the OUTSTANDING workmanship and professionalism!!
We were left in a jam and called yesterday as a "Hail Mary". They were able to come today and paint 4 ceilings - over 1800 sq ft... 1 was 16ft and another 20ft high. Even went to store and matched paint for me, removed furniture, draped and covered everything. The only evidence that they were there are the FABULOUS ceilings!!
Price was extremely reasonable, especially last-minute. Would not think of using any other company!!

Called Ben for an estimate to remove popcorn celing. He replied promptly and delivered a reasonable estimate for most of the home. His crew arrived on time each day and were respectful with my home. Everything was covered in plastic. I also decided to have living area and hallway painted. The dining room had decorative plaster molding which I wanted removed. A wood crown molding was added and met my expectations. This is a very nice company to work with and I would use them again and recommend them.

As I'm sure with most people, we selected this company because of their five star reviews. After hiring them to paint the entire interior of our 2 story home we are baffled on how they have such a high reputation. The entire process was a nightmare. They told us we'd need to be out of the house due to oil fumes (my wife is pregnant) for 3-4 days. We ended up being in a hotel for 12 days! This was due to them continually having to redo work that they deemed to be "finished" but was the furthest thing from quality workmanship we've ever seen. There was absolutely no attention to detail. Nothing sanded
