Called March 2021 and requested an estimate on replacing either the heat pump or the entire system. Provided details of the system and our address outside on Brevard and the issues we were having. Called 2-3 weeks later on a Friday having never heard from a salesperson and was told the request for estimate was "sitting on his desk and that he would call me on Monday."
It is now July 19th and I never heard back from the company. Called today, spoke to Debbie who is always so pleasant. Conny the estimator got on the line and said May began their busiest time and they prioritized existing

The MAC staff was professional from start to finish. Scheduling the job was done within the time frame I requested, and the installers arrived on time and finished the job efficiently and cleaned up completely. I was extremely happy with their work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Great company! I would rate them 5 stars all day. Only down fall I had with them was one of the techs kinda just decided to throw some parts at our furnace instead of looking to see what the actual prob was. Second guy that came out from them was great he knew what to look for and got the right part on and fixed in no time! At the end of the day I'd recommend them to anyone!

They are friendly and skilled and I feel safe with whatever they do for us. They educate too and then give you all the information so you can make the best decision for you.
