You can count on above and beyond service from Great Bay Carpet. Our chenille upholstery on a couch and 2 chairs presented a challenge to properly clean without damage to the fibers. They even called in an outside advisor with long experience in a variety of textiles to come to our home to assess and provide a second opinion. Ashleigh and her staff… went out of their way to make sure the job was done well and that we were satisfied with their work. Great Bay also did a fine job cleaning our large Tibetan area rug! Everyone we worked with was friendly, polite, and respectful in our home.

Really pleased with the service we received. They were on time, polite, friendly and as a female home with them on my own I felt comfortable with the crew, which I think is really important. They were knowledgable about different ways of cleaning and provided me with options. The carpets look great now. I will definitely use them again when it comes time for another cleaning.

I hired them to clean my carpets which were pretty badly pet stained. After waiting close to 24 hours to dry, it became apparent that my carpets looked nearly identical to their previous condition. A call to the owner yielded nothing-no offers to come and attempt to clean the stains once again (as many people claim they did on their website reviews), nothing. Only a half-hearted apology when I asked why he hadn't bothered to inform me that my carpets were virtually uncleanable. They were more than happy to take my money for a job they knew they would be inadequately be able to perform, with
