This company is the worst company I have ever worked with. They kept promising they would come next day to do the job and didn't show up.
Initially, I paid the deposit $2000 and after two months I am not even sure if they have the skylight ordered or not. They kept saying the skylight wasn't ready until one day they said they were picking up the skylight from the manufacturer. On the day I tried to schedule the installation, they said they need to pick up the skylight first from the manufacture. After several days, the job was postponed again and again. The day they promised to come

After the estimate was agreed upon, they never showed up for the job. I called repeatedly and was told they would arrive to fix the job. They never arrived. I would never do business with them or recommend this company. Very frustrated. Now I have to begin the process all over to find another company.

This was a shambles... Consider whether paying the higher price is worth it, you will end up having to project manage the job yourself. It took multiple iterations of sending the wrong teams, wrong product, people who I could not communicate with as they did not speak english. Ari was quick to make a sale, indicating a one day job. Yes one day to cut a hole in the roof and install the skylight, the interior was another 4-5 day job. Granted he was always available on his phone however i got the feeling that Best Roofing is purely a front to a bunch of contractors that they reach out to. Eventually

Couldn’t asked for a better service from best roofing company. Our project manager is was Donovan and he was just great. I think,especially with contractors,it’s very important to have a positive experience and… it’s very easy to have a negative one. The reason I’m writhing this review it’s because I simply want to let everybody who reads this to know that this company is legit,stick to the original timelines and I would definitely refer them to friends and family. These guys are amazing! When Jonathan did our roof inspection he was able to point out many aspects that needed work, he pointed out that previous work was done using a California technique not suited for Seattle. Spot On! The contractor who replaced our roof 20+ years ago was from California! The team who did the work were fast, efficient and thorough. The roofing team were able to do necessary repairs that fixed a major sag in our roof. I couldn't ask for a better experience.
