I was driving side by side a West Plains roofing truck going maybe 42 in a 40 down Glenstone in Springfield, MO when he started to merge over. We were parallel with each other and when I realized he was coming into my lane and was about to hit me, I started laying on the horn. The driver simply ignored the sound and continued with his merge. I was forced to jump the curb and drive onto the sidewalk to avoid this collision, resulting in damage on my front fender and the rim of my tire. He never braked after the incident and kept driving as if nothing happened. I was very shaken up after this experience
