I hired North Island Nursery Tree and Landscaping (aka North Shore Tree and Landscaping according to the BBB) to trim my trees. I discussed at length with Jim Dublar there just what we wanted and emphatically did not want done. The crew arrived, without benefit of Jim’s supervision, and promptly violated our written and oral instructions. When we complained to Jim that our trees had been mutilated and for some reason our instructions ignored, he said “mistakes happen, we did our best”. He refused to replace the damaged trees and we heard no further from him.
