Hired to build a retaining wall with the disclosed intent to later add on a patio. Many points of unhappiness with the job but his rates were one of the lowest so we kept the majority of the complaints to ourselves. We were told this wall and drain would take care of our water problems, which started to get better at first but we still have pools of 2-3 inches of water less than a year later. What we find to be completely unacceptable is that we recently got quotes from several other contractors to add on a patio and every contractor told us, in writing, that the current wall built by JDS is
