Founded in 2008, AGI Construction is a Service-disabled veteran, Native-American minority-owned general contractor and project management firm located in Southwest Detroit. AGI provides commercial and multi-housing interior remodeling, retrofitting, and building services that priorities community development projects. About AGI Report

We educate and engage clients through the building process that facilitates owners to make informed decisions. These decisions often prevent displacements and preservation through consulting, advocacy, and lean project budgeting that have a broader community social impact.

Detroit Future OPS Report

The project is the conversion of a Queen Ann house in Southwest Detroit into a design-build green hub. We will develop programming to provide workshops, training's, consulting and advocacy from the hub for navigating built environment processes for small minority contractors and local residents with community projects.
