They installed our new unit and said duct work was included. It was not. In the years since, I’ve called many times about getting the ducts fixed. The lady says that it will get done. It has not. Earlier this year I had routine maintenance done and talked to the man about the ducts. He wrote on my receipt that someone would contact me about the ducts. They have not. Now my AC doesn’t work at all and of course, unlike Air Comfort Solutions, they don’t work on weekends. Stuck with them but would never recommend them. They don’t do what they promise, multiple times, to do.

I do not have any personal experience from this service but I did have a roadside experience that I was not pleased with at all. The fact that they were driving the vehicle advertising the business makes the situation much worse. As I was driving down highway 9 the person driving the advertised van was on my butt while I was already driving over the speed limit. I have a child in the car and when they finally passed me they slammed on their brakes for no reason whatsoever and proceeded to drive speeds that were at least 15 to 20 mph over the speed limit.
