This is Worst company ever i work with. first of all they told me to come to our job site between 12.30 to 3.30 but they show up around 5.00. they just look at it leaking which we already send them picture. it took only 3 min for them to look at it leak and they bill me $ 209 for just look at it. they even diagnose completely different then actually leak. they diagnose completely different. i ask them final cost to repair 2 leak and you know HOW MUCH LABOR THEY TOLD ME $3000.00 JUST A LABOR plus parts cost extra. so look

DO NOT use this company. Just charged me $209 to come to the property without any job performed. Stated they did diagnostics - but I was the one to tell technician what was wrong and what needs to be repaired. Nothing but hidden fees. They do not warn you in advance about their prices. Wanted $599 to clean one drain in the bathroom. $1000 to install sump pump that I purchased myself. Picture of no job done included in review. Later, they want three signatures from you.

Don't use this company unless you want to give all your money to them!!
We needed our existing pedestal sink unhooked in order to have home depot install new flooring. Home depot charged us $125 for the service and said it would be covered under them. This company responded to the home depot pro referral site. The plumber was nice and on time but the prices are crazy. He said they had nothing to do with Home Depot except the referral & charged $849 to unhook it and then hook it back up plus he said since the floor was now higher he had to move the sink bolts for an additional charge of $198, totaling

This company went above and beyond. They were a true Blessing to my daughter, her 2 sons and myself. The plumber knew exactly what the problem was and Mike gave the green light to complete the job.
